TBS installed 2 luxury apartments to the rooftop of an existing shopping arcade in the heart of South Yarra’s busy shopping precinct. The project certainly presented some challenges, with no lay-up area, no time, and a small footprint for the crane, but we completed it in 2.5 days.

Our building system has helped the developer fully realise the value of the air space above the property, dramatically increasing the value of the investment without the need to buy more land.
