This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single-storey residential extension was assembled onsite over a week. The extension was so cleverly designed that it could be built next to the existing dwelling without disrupting the lifestyle of the occupier, who remained at home throughout the construction stage.
Once the floors were laid, the kids went to school and came home to find their new extension already assembled in place. The following day, roofing was installed, the building was sealed and ready for the fit out.
The final element of the project was to cut a hole into the wall to allow access to a connecting walkway that lead through to the new extension.
